The mission of the Government Relations Office at UNLV is to:

• Build strong relationships with local, regional, state and federal elected officials and their staff in order to strengthen support for UNLV
  
  
• Provide university officials with prudent, strategic and effective counsel and analysis on governmental affairs issues
